Customization includes your choice of cartoon design on the front of the tag, your pet's name, symbol of choice and 4 engraving text area for your contact numbers, address, medical condition, your pet's microchip # or any personal message you may want to engrave on your pet's tag.
As all items are custom made and personalized with your pet's name / your information, it cannot be changed, cancelled or returned after the order has been submitted past the first hour.
